This Privacy Policy describes how Kim Case ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through kimcase.net. I take your privacy seriously and will never sell your personal information.
Who I am
Kim Case is an artist based in Portland, Maine. This site is a personal business website used to showcase and sell original paintings and prints, and to allow visitors to get in touch.
What information I collect
I collect information in the following ways:
Contact form. When you submit a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Email list. If you sign up to receive updates from me, I collect your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
Purchases. When you buy a painting or print through this site, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Wix Payments or PayPal). I receive your name, shipping address, and order details, but I do not directly store your credit card or payment information — that is handled securely by the payment processor.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects data such as your approximate location, device type, browser, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
